Can I return the product?

Yes. You can return the products within 30 days of shipment if something isn’t right about the product. Make sure the item(s) is well protected and avoid any damage before arriving in our office.

Please noted that, item(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed with all original tags/labels attached in original packing. Undergarments, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged because that’s gross! Clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Always refer to the Terms of Sales in each product detail page before you check out.

How can I return the product?

Step 1: You should first send us an email with details information (refer to Return Policy)
Step 2: Fill in the Onniso Return Form
Step 3: Print the return slip and pack it together with the item(s) for return in a box/courier bag.
Step 4: Waiting for Onniso to receive the package and have quality check.
Step 5: Waiting for Onniso email whether the returns is accepted or rejected.

Step 6: Wait for the refund appear in your bank account or accept the package send back to you.

Do I have to pay for the shipping fee of return product?

Yes. You have to pay the shipping fees for the return of item(s). You are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging the item(s) to us including delivery charges (inclusive of GST) and payment processing fee (if any).

How will I get my refunds?

After you get the confirmation email that return is accepted, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you via bank transfer or your original payment method.
