We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, don’t sweat about it, Onniso accepts returns within 30 days of shipment. Please read below for all the details you need to know.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER VIA POST
Email us at support[at]onniso.com with the following information:
- Order id, which you can find it in your order confirmation email
- Your name, address and mobile number
- Item(s) which you would like to return
- Reason for return request
- Picture of the item(s)
We will process your request within 3 working days and send you an email with a return slip. Print out the return slip and pack it together with the item(s) for return in a box or courier bag. Make sure the item(s) is well protected to avoid any damage before arriving in our office. Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets the Returns Policy, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know – that’s handy! The refund will appear in your bank account in about 3-5 working days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll contact you and we can send your parcel back to you, but we’ll chat about it first.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
- * Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- * Item(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed with all original tags/labels attached in original packing. Undergarments, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged because that’s gross!
- * Clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Always refer to the Terms of Sales in each product detail page before you check out.
- * If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you via bank transfer or your original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
- * You are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging the item(s) to us including delivery charges and payment processing fee (if any):
- ~ Delivery charges, inclusive of GST
- ~ Bank transaction charges
- * Shipping fees are non-refundable if you change your mind. That’s fair, right?
RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?
If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry, this is our bad) we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We would also love to make you a cup of tea to say sorry but some things just aren’t possible.
Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning. That’s fair, right?
REQUIREMENTS FOR VALID RETURN:
- * Proof of purchase (customer’s invoice number)
- * Reason of return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met
- * Items return acceptance conditions is met.
- * Onniso reserves the rights to withhold any refund if the refund conditions are not met.
- * Ensure that the refund details are correct and complete.
- * Manufacturing defect will be determined upon inspection at the sole discretion of Onniso.
- * No refund/exchange will be given on clearance items.
- * Please use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. We are not responsible for item lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.
